Woods Fee Structure
Our fees reflect the high quality of education at Woods. We invest in exceptional teachers, high-quality learning materials, and a beautiful and well-maintained learning environment. This ensures that we can provide an outstanding education that supports not only the academic but also the holistic development of each child.

Payment Terms
Payments

​Tuition fees are inclusive of lunch, all art and handicraft materials, games and music equipment, stationery and all approved textbooks and exercise books.

All fees must be paid in advance and/or by the end of the previous term.

Payment can be made by cheque, cash, MPESA and direct transfer to the School’s bank account.

​A mandatory annual fee of KShs. 4,000/- is required per child for inclusion in our medical emergency evacuation policy with Rescue.co.
Discounts

Siblings’ discounts on tuition fees will apply as follows: 2nd child 10%, 3rd & 4th child 15%, for siblings attending school at the same time.

There 10% discount for annual fee payment paid before 22nd August 2025.

There 5% discount for term payment received before 22nd August 2025.

For other terms there is a 5% discount for payment received 7 days before the terms starts.
Surcharges

Payments made after the start of term will incur an additional Ksh 5,000 fee. Overdue balances will be subject to a 2.5% monthly surcharge, commencing 30 days from the original due date.

Fees paid by the employer or a company attract a 30% surcharge.

No remission is made for any cause, be it illness, travel, quarantine, leave for part of the term
Withdrawing a child

Parents who withdraw their children for leave or any reason during the term are liable for a full term’s fees.

A full term's written notice, with the headteacher's written acknowledgement, is required for withdrawals; otherwise, a full term's fees are payable in lieu of such notice.
Early-Bird club
-
For families needing an earlier start, optional early drop-off is offered from 7:30 AM, with termly fees of Kes 35,000 for Nursery 1 and 2, and Kes 25,000 for Reception, Year 1, and Year 2.
Extra curricular activities

Extra curricular activities are optional and charged separately. They are normally accompanied by an official letter from the headteacher
Fee review
-
The Board of Directors reserves the right to alter the fees annually with at least a full terms notice.​
