Payments

• ​Tuition fees are inclusive of lunch, all art and handicraft materials, games and music equipment, stationery and  all approved textbooks and exercise books. 

• All fees must be paid in advance and/or by the end of the previous term.

• Payment can be made by cheque, cash, MPESA and direct transfer to the School’s bank account.

• ​A mandatory annual fee of KShs. 4,000/- is required per child for inclusion in our medical emergency evacuation policy with Rescue.co.

Discounts

• Siblings’ discounts on tuition fees will apply as follows: 2nd child 10%, 3rd & 4th child 15%, for siblings attending school at the same time.

• For term 2, there is a 5% discount for payment received by 22nd December 2025.

• A 10% discount is applied to the full annual tuition fee if payment is remitted in its entirety before the official start date of the academic year.

Surcharges

• Late payments will incur an additional Ksh 5,000 fee.

• Overdue balances will be subject to a 2.5% monthly surcharge, commencing 30 days from the original due date.

• Fees paid by the employer or a company attract a 30% surcharge.

• No remission is made for any cause, be it illness, travel, quarantine, leave for part of the term

Withdrawing a child

• Parents who withdraw their children for leave or any reason during the term are liable for a full term’s fees.

• A full term's written notice, with the headteacher's written acknowledgement, is required for withdrawals; otherwise, a full term's fees are payable in lieu of such notice.

Co-curricular activities

• Co-curricular activities are optional and charged separately. 

Fee review

• The Board of Directors reserves the right to alter the fees annually with at least a full terms notice.​
